It is issued from The First National Bank of Monterey. This is a ONE BANK TOWN! This note has a good amount of crisp left to it and is in good shape with no major issues. It does seem the top margin is slightly trimmed and there is minor staining. It is still a great looking note. This bill is a must have for any collector of National Currency!
