Seward National Bank & Trust Company of New York. This bank note is in great condition with some minor circulation wear. The most noticeable wear is the torn bottom corner with a black stain on the plain back. The note does have a couple pin holes/small tears, one is located near Ben Harrison and the other is located by the series year. Lastly, as mentioned above the bill does have circulation wear such as folds, creases, and folds.
