Heres a very nice, Large Size Series 1902 or 3rd Charter Period Fr. 1 of just 23 total large notes known. From the City in Crawford County. In my opinion, this note grades original Very Fine (VF). It has great eye appeal and just some remnants of an old rubber band that might be removable if you know what you're doing.
