Notes like these will only appreciate in the coming economy. In my opinion, this note grades original Good-Very Good (G-VG). It has numerous small edge tears in the margins which I believe are visible in the scans; some of them are also missing tiny pieces of paper. There are also several small holes/separations in the body of the paper, but nothing threatening its overall structure. Signatures are strong and sharp but light, overall color is very nice -- better than it shows in the scans, in my opinion -- and the note itself really exhibits no problems beyond honest wear for what you'd expect for this grade.
